Not only the library name has been changed in 3.0, but also other incompatible
changes have happened. They mostly don't affect skycat though.

I've already uploaded blt 3.0 to experimental, so feel free to play
with it if you want.

The ultimate goal is to port blt to Tcl/Tk 9, but it's not that easy,
so I don't think I'll
upload blt 3.0 to unstable very soon.
