[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1122049: FTBFS with Python 3.14: Segmentation fault

Building this locally and looking into the crash log in journalctl shows 
the probable cause: the backtrace contains libboost_python313.so.1.83.0, 
note the Python version.
