[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1122882: libahp-xc: build-depends on deprecated libftdi-dev but doesn't use it

Dear maintainer,

libahp-xc build-depends on deprecarted libftdi-dev, but actually doesn't
use libftdi. Could you therefore please remove the build dependency?
