[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1127166: aoflagger: libboost-system-dev package is obsolete with boost 1.89 and newer

Hi Matthias,

My recommended way of solving this would be to package the new AOFlagger 
release, v3.5. This supports the latest boost versions (as well as newer 
cmake versions). The direct download link:

(release page: https://gitlab.com/aroffringa/aoflagger/-/releases/v3.5.0 ).

For packaging: one of the dependencies changed, aoflagger now requires 
gtkmm 4 instead of gtkmm 3.
