[Debian-astro-maintainers] Packaging phd2

Hello,

I'm wondering what are the team's thoughts on packaging phd2 for Debian?
I was a bit surprised to not find it in Debian yet, so maybe there is some
problem that prevents packaging? Has anyone looked into the licensing
situation yet?
