[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1149609: astlib: Fails autodep8 package tests

Hi!

While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc2 version we found that astlib fails the autodep8 tests [1]. 

The error is:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'astlib'. Did you mean: 'astLib'?

The solution is to add a `debian/tests/autopkgtest-pkg-python.conf` file with content: `import_name=astLib`

This is currently a minor bug as autodep8 tests are not run automatically in the Debian infrastructure, but it's a very simple fix, so hopefully it can get applied.
