add LTSP confirmation to release blockers

   * confirm installation and getting started procedures in manual are correct and working
+  * confirm LTSP thin clients and diskless workstations are setup correctly and configuration description in the manual is correct.
   * update screenhots in manual for wheezy - see the FIXMEs there
    * once the english screenshots are stable and one, translated ones can be made.
   * we need to decide: do we want to release binary DVD(s): and if, one combined or two for each arch? (or maybe i386 only?) or possibly not, and just release with netinst cd and usbstick image?
