I disabled this cron job for builder at administrator.skolelinux.org,
because I believe no-one is looking at buglist.txt and it is better to
create such list on the web instead of in svn.

The error from the cron job is caused by user.skolelinux.no being
down.  It keep crashing, and no-one have been able to figure out why.
