I tracked this down to the use of drift at skolelinux.org as recipient
for the mirror update emails on administrator.skolelinux.no, and
changed drift at skolelinux.org to
debian-edu-sysadmins at lists.alioth.debian.org:

  builder at administrator:~/etc$ grep -rl drift at skolelinux ~/etc/
  /home/builder/etc/ftpsync.conf
  /home/builder/etc/ftpsync-security.conf
  builder at administrator:~/etc$ vi /home/builder/etc/ftpsync.conf /home/builder/etc/ftpsync-security.conf
  2 files to edit
  builder at administrator:~/etc$
