add some more info to the chroot problem, but skip instructions for running cups on the client. ready for review.

   *  Configure the printer using the web interface {{{https://www:631}}} on tjener; choose network printer type {{{AppSocket/HP JetDirect}}} and set {{{socket://<LTSP client ip>:9100}}} as connection URI.
  
  The printer has to be set up this way as not all services on LTSP 
- clients are installed (or even if so, are not running).
