Add entry to debian/debian-edu-config.lintian-overrides

This is required as the new tool uses debconf to fetch the first user uid value.

Improve the share/debian-edu-config/tools/edu-ltsp-install script.

Also mask the mariadb service now that Icinga is using it.

Drop no longer needed workaround for the tftpd-hpa package.

Add workaround for resolv.conf if the tool is run on a combined server.
