drop information about translations on hosted.weblate (to be added to translation chapter)

   * During installation the profile choice page is available in 29 languages, of which 22 are fully translated.
   * The [[DebianEdu/Documentation/Bullseye|Debian Edu Bullseye Manual]] is fully translated to Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian Bokmål, Portuguese (Portugal) and Simplified Chinese.
     * Partly translated versions exist for Danish and Spanish.
-    * On weblate, work is in progress for translations to Polish, Romanian, Swedish and Traditional Chinese.
