Adjust documentation/scripts/get_manual

 Classify <screen> elements as not to be translated
 Prevent useless wiki icon image alt text from getting translated
 Use 'command -v' instead of 'which'

Add Debian Edu Bookworm manual from the wiki

  Unfuzzy some strings, common to all PO files
  Add still valid localized screenshot images for some languages
