kiwix: package status now ok, kiwix wrapper does not start anything

Hi Renaud,

the kiwix package itself (as on collab-maint Git) is now quite ok (not  
looked at the cleanup part, but the build result looks generally ok.

However, the kiwix script /usr/lib/kiwix/kiwix does not launch  
anything... When running in strace I get a lot of file-not-found /  
no-such-file notifications.

Maybe you can take a look...
