We can't do that. Just yesterday I learned from Holger (another DD):  
do not reuse an upstream version that once has been used.

My recommendation: Please revert kiwix-0.9~beta6.tar.gz to its  
original state (with the same md5sum) and provide the new version in a  
different way (beta6.1 or similar).
