Ahhh... ok... Then it would be good not to install them at all on make  
install. Just leave them in the source tree and I will grab them from  
there.

For other people installing from tarball or packaging them for other  
distros the file locations of the French man pages will also be a  
bummer. So, it would make sense to provide beta6.2 with that change.
