I've already packaed new version of kiwix. I'm waiting for proper URL
for watch file. Additionally I asked Kelson to reinclude the configure
config.guess config.sub into tarball.

I had a discussion with Jonas Smedegaard (CCd not sure if he is
subscribed to this list) about this and he told me it is not right
thing to ship source tarball without configure config.sub and
config.guess files and even I had trouble building package with these
files missing. I managed to do this with help from Jonas. Once the URL
is given by Kelson I will do some final touch up to package and ask
Jonas for review :-)

Note that I've changed the packaging format from dh to cdbs hope that
is fine with you there is no specific reason for this change I just
wanted to learn CDBS thats all :-)
