I discovered this on a freshly installed Debian Edu/Wheezy Main-Server.
The root mail box (/var/mail/root) get messages from cron about

/etc/cron.daily/slbackup:
Legacy library getopts.pl will be removed from the Perl core distribution in the next major release. Please install the separate libperl4-corelibs-perl package. It is being used at /usr/share/slbackup/slbackup-cron, line 14.

Please adjust slbackup to avoid these messages from cron when there are
no errors.
