I'm not very familiar with pbuilder but in the end all you need is one
build dependency
wine32-dev-tools:i386 [amd64 i386]
I do however not know how to instruct pbuilder to install packages
from a foreign architecture. If multi-arch support is properly set up
the command "apt-get install foo:i386" works flawlessly on a amd64
system. Another (probably dirty) solution could be to build a separate
architecture-independent package "lmms-vst" on i386 and depend it on
libwine (so it can be installed on all platforms where WINE is
available). Nevertheless I'm not a Debian packaging expert so please
consult other Debian developers regarding this issue. As stated
previously, all we need is a working wineg++ binary which compiles 32
bit EXE files.
