Bug#795008: italc-master: please install higher resolution icons

The italc icon looks very blurry on desktops with larger icons (e.g. GNOME).
I noticed that there are higher resolution icons available in the source
package and also on Wikipedia, see:

I included the icon from Wikipedia in the debian source package and changed
the rules file (see attached patch). Now the italc icon looks brilliant.
