Moving to Salsa?

Hi,

what do we do about Salsa?

It seems it will be incredibly more difficult to manage a lot of
repositories through GitLab because we cannot just use setup-repository,
own hooks and the like anymore. It is a huge regression, but what can
you do… I have the impression that the move was made without packaging
teams in mind.

What do we do? Just create a group for the pckaging team and click
through the creation of all the repositories?

I am volunteering to do so, but first let's find a consensus about what
to do.
