Bug#875038: lmms: Please package new version and migrate to Qt5

Dear lmms maintainers,

With upstream development of lmms, lmms 1.2.0 is on its way. We should
package it.

Meanwhile, as mentioned in Bug #875038, Qt4 is going to be removed
from Debian release. We should migrate to Qt5 now that upstream has
provided Qt5 support.

I took a brief look and found that "qt5-x11embed" project under
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/tree/stable-1.2/src/3rdparty/ is an
immediate blocker for Qt5 migration. We need to either embed this
library (embed code) or package it separately.
