adding Timekpr-nExT into Debian (edu?)

Hi EDU team,

there is a great time managing software out there that is packaged for
Ubuntu:

https://launchpad.net/timekpr-next

but not for Debian :(

Could you, please, add it to Debian as well? Such a tool might be quite
useful for schools, so maybe it belongs to Debian EDU.
