Bug#950884: thonny: Please package new upstream version 3.2.7 (for python3.8 compatiblity)

Thank you for the notice!

I plan to update the package, but I'm not sure I understand the problem 
-- Thonny's dependencies already allow any asttokens version newer than 
1.1.10. I'm pretty sure Thonny 3.2.1 (the current version in Debian) 
will handle newest asttokens just fine. I'm not sure about tests, 
though, they may be more picky than necessary ...

Anyway, I'll update the package and hopefully everything works out.
