openboard cannot be install because of unmet dependencies

please note that the version of openboard you tested is not an  
official Debian package but a package I've rolled out to customers in  
the past.

wget these packages instead...

http://packages.it-zukunft-schule.de/debian/pool/non-free/o/openboard/openboard-fonts-nonfree_1.5.3+dfsg1-1~itzks2~0deb10+1_all.deb

Not guaranteeing that they will work on your setup.
