Bug#979521: openboard-common depends on libjs-jquery-i18n-properties that was removed from unstable

Dear Maintainer,

I am having the same problem. `openboard-common` needs `libjs-jquery-i18n-properties` but it doesn't currently exist in Sid. As a result, installing `openboard` yields the following output:

Adding `libjs-jquery-i18n-properties` would fix the issue, and it looks like somebody is going to reintroduce the package: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=980416
