[PATCH] Add creation date for francaise.tex and italiano.tex

Hi there!

Please Cc: me, I'm not subscribed to the list.

Not all the languages contain the creation date for the flyer.  The
attached patch adds it for French and Italian, I don't speak the other
languages, sorry.

BTW, the patch is on top of my previous one "correct capitalization for
software names" [1]
