Found the bug: rcsinfo chokes on "$Id: nederlands.tex,v 1.23 2008-05-20
05:09:54 joostvb Exp $", but _does_ grok "$Id: nederlands.tex,v 1.23
2008/05/20 05:09:54 joostvb Exp $": Not - but / to split date.
Now will think about a fix...
