Build failures in all.pdf target and some other problems

Hi!

A "make all.pdf" failed for me because of that with the following error 
message:

(./english.tex) (./layout.tex
! Use of \@rcsInfoNext doesn't match its definition.
<argument> :

l.47 \MyRCS

At a first glance I don't see the problem, so I deactivated it for now.


However, I tried a "make upload" (as the version on webpage are rather 
outdated), but got a permission denied:

Joost, could you grant group write permissions on that file?


Last not least... Does anyone know, why "make clean" doesn't work?

rm -f all.{ps,eps,dvi,aux,log,jpg}
rm -f flyer-*.ps

are at NB-XP13822:~/debian/debian-fylers/general$ ls

flyer.aux  flyer.dvi  flyer.log  flyer.ps

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see, why the files aren't removed.
