repo migrated to Git

Dear all
I've migrated the CVS repo to git, preserving authors.

I'll send another mail when I have a little more time, explaining the 
process.

For now, please clone and play with the repo in 
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-flyers/debian-flyers.git
(Alioth should have preserved commit permissions).

I'll try to recreate the hooks to post into the commit list etc.

The CVS repo is still there in Alioth.
Please comment any issue you find.
