Proposals for updates

Hi all

Regarding the TODO "remove .ps files" and for others updates, below you
can see some suggestions:
- Remove links for .ps and .jpg files (on the Webpage),
- Remove .ps from Makefile,
- Remove (300|600|720)dpi and cmyk* from Makefile,
- Remove .png and .jpg from Makefile,
- Remove 'upload' from Makefile,
- Remove unused 'ChangeLog' from Makefile,
- Remove config.tex file (generated when we run 'make') and add it to
.gitignore file.
