[Debian-ha-maintainers] DRBD packaging

OK, so this is the diff between my current dkms-enabled drbd and your
svn trunk.

Notes:
drbd8-source.postinst could probably be handled better with better
Depends section in control. I just couldn't figure it out. This could be
only related to Ubuntu.

dkms.conf contains MODULES_CONF[0]. This is something you should check
in Debian's kernel. cn_idx we use in Ubuntu kernel is 7. Upstream, IIRC,
uses 4, which we use in Ubuntu for another kernel module.

10_different-kernels patch is dropped cause there's upstream script that
handles that and it's being used during dkms build process.
