[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#608274: [cluster-agents] mysql OCF script fails to start MySQL

mysql OCF script (/usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat/mysql) does not specify 
the correct paths MySQL needs to start in Debian. When the OCF script runs 
MySQL it fails with multiple errors.

The attached patch fixes the issue.
