Hi,

Due to the fix of #540685, dash is now considered by autoconfig
POSIX-compliant and as such dash is chosen in place of bash, which causes many
packages to FTBFS (see #582952).

The patch to dash that triggered this change has been reverted in unstable (to
avoid an impact to the release schedule). I'm thus reducing the severity of
this bug to important
