I have pushed both this and the following change into
the lenny branches of
http://hg.debian.org/hg/debian-ha/heartbeat/ and
http://hg.debian.org/hg/debian-ha/cluster-agents/ respectively.

Though I am confused about why the sid branch doesn't include debian/
but the lenny branch does. Surely we are working on sid?
