[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#659102: pacemaker: Apache does not start after upgrade to Squeeze

Explicitly setting the statusurl is a workaround, but it
doesn't fix the problem.

The problem is that the apache resource script fails to
guess the server-status url from the config file. It uses

	http://localhost:

instead of

	http://localhost/server-status

The result is the "unknown error" message.
