[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#660473: openais seems discontinued upstream

Hello,

I noticed that OpenAIS seems discontinued upstream.

Their website (openais.org) is currently down. Google's cache of that
website mention:

There seems to have some activity:

It might be worth to mention the package deprecation in the
pacakge Description.
