[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#627670: update drbd8 to 8.3.10 (or later if available)

Hi there,

interestingly enough, although I used to co-maintain this package with
nobse, I haven't heard anything about this until now.

If we are at 8.4.1 in the Git now, this is a bad thing.

There are numerous posts by Linbit employees on the drbd-user mailing
list advising strongly against the use of DRBD 8.4.0 or 8.4.1 (and 
there are numerous bug reports that support this).

If we update to anything, I suggest updating to DRBD 8.3.12 (or to 
the version that is supported by the kernel in Wheezy right now, which
to my knowledge is 8.3.10).
