[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#758669: pacemaker: Undefined killproc in o2cb resource

Dear Maintainer,

During my configuration of a testbed for pacemaker, I found an issue
with the o2cb resource file.

The killproc function called in kill_daemon[1] is not defined.

I locally replace it with pkill.
