Thank you for the patches, will look through them as I target pacemaker
today.

One thing that should change is --with-heartbeat; as heartbeat is
deprecated and has been for years.

Corosync replaced heartbeat for quorum, and so options --with-corosync
and --with-cs-quorum should be used instead when building pacemaker.

I'm in the process of also streamlining the rules file and bringing the
bulk of the packaging up-to-date.
