Hi Matthew,

What a pity! We wish you a quick recovery.

There were concerns raised about using the jessie-backports repo only.
Basically, what happens when we package a new upstream release of some
component of the stack? Do we backport that when it reaches testing?
People running production setups wouldn't be happy about that. On the
other hand, occasional critical fixes should be backported and made
available to such "stable" setups. On the other hand we can't push for
a stable update, because libqb and corosync is present in jessie and
their stable versions are supposedly used by other packages in stable.

To sum up: a PPA seems necessary, unless we declare that our jessie
backports won't follow new versions in testing, only receive occasional
critical stable updates.

Everybody please share your opinions on the view presented above and the
backport policy we should advertise. Or add other options to discuss.
