[Debian-ha-maintainers] Moving on to Pacemaker

Hello all,

Since I know Feri is working on Corosync;

crmsh is about ready, but it's dependencies won't have been uploaded ->
so I'm holding it for now.

pcs/pcsd is started, but I've stopped with that package because I want
to help get corosync/pacemaker up-to-date first, and will be very easy
to finish packaging when that time comes.

libqb is ready:  https://mentors.debian.net/package/libqb

pacemaker is started, I'm working on this one now.
