[Debian-ha-maintainers] Why was the original corosync repository dropped?

Hi!

Why was the original corosync repository (keeping the good work of the
previous maintainers, mainly Martin Loschwitz and Guido Günther) moved
away and replaced by a lesser one containing dsc imports only?  Did I
miss the discussion on the mailing list?  Why would we want to drop the
history, especially that those commits are still referenced in the
changelog?
