[Debian-ha-maintainers] Build-Depends architecture exceptions for Corosync

Hi,
Corosync does not build on kfreebsd-any and hurd-i386 because of some
Linux-only build dependencies: libibverbs and librdmacm. But these are
only optional dependencies of Corosync, it seems to build without
Infiniband RDMA support all right (if with some symbol differences).
Do you think we should make the effort of conditionalizing these
dependencies to build Corosync on non-Linux architectures? It's a
little hairy because libibverbs and librdmacm lack pkgconfig support,
but altogether not too bad.
