I received a quick response from the upstream.
The lib will be libWebcamoid. I can change the
name with patches for this release. Will be
in NEW and the .symbols file will be tested
again in 'experimental'. But the bug can be
closed with a new Debian revison.
I will do the upload untill tomorrow.
