OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/corosync/uidgid.d/'

The directory /etc/corosync/uidgid.d does not exist and should be created
at installation if it does not already exist

Note : I use a backport of pcs stretch package on my Jessie distribution
but I think it is the same on stretch/sid
