[Debian-ha-maintainers] PTS watch file issue

Hi,

Why is the PTS full of "The package has a debian/watch file, but the
last attempt to use it for checking for newer upstream versions failed
with an error:" messages?  For example:
https://packages.qa.debian.org/libq/libqb.html
https://packages.qa.debian.org/c/corosync.html
At the same time, uscan --report works for me both with devscripts
2.15.3 and 2.16.4~bpo8+1.  Can we do anything about this?
