[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#817117: ldirectord does fail, so the installation cannot finish

Dear Maintainer,

The installation of ldirectord-3.9.7-1 from the testing repository
on a fresh installaed Jessie machine fails.

After intstallation the installaer wants to start the ldirectord service.
But since no configuration file exists at /et/ha.d/ldirectord.cf the start
fails. with this failure the whole installation process fails.

After a apt-get install ldirectord you are left with a 

iF ldirectord 1:3.9.7-1 all Monitors virtual services provided by LVS

Solution:
Put a dummy configuration file to /etc/ha.d/ldirectord.cf or
prevent the automatic start during installation.
