I didn't noticed that pacemaker takes care of the sbd environment file,
but yes changing it would be a good idea.

The message could be clearer. What I should have written is "...
otherwise sbd doesn't start the Cluster process". But at the second look
it's more reasonable that the behavior I saw has other reasons. At the
end it's just a environment file that gets sourced. I will have a look
at this.
