Well, that can be done.  The main problem is not the lack of SCTP on
Hurd (that's an optional feature of Kronosnet), but the lack of epoll
AND kevent.  So Kronosnet will probably not build on Hurd for quite some
time, I guess.  I thought leaving the problem exposed was better, but if
you say otherwise, I'm happy to comply.
